The housmeates are told by Big Brother that they will be rewarded with a party if they are able to convince Ivana that she has won a fake award. After she is given the award the housemates then have break her trophy. After they successfully pass the task the housemates are awarded with an awards themed party.
Highlights are shown of life from within the house. Nicola is offered a message from home if in return she tells the other housemates some home truths and then gives them a kiss. The celebrities discuss why they think there aren't more big names in the house. Nicola manages to insult all of the celebrities and it takes some time before Vinnie will let her kiss him. Vinnie is convinced she is taking part in some sort of task . Nicola is given her video message for passing the task. The housemates are given some wine and nibbles and have to play charades.

Vinnie remains furious with Sisqo for the way he spoke about him and talks to Big Brother about it. Sisqo attempts to sort things out with Vinnie. After dinner the celebrities are given today's task which sees them having to cover a wire cow carcass with offal. Sisqo tells the other housemates why he doesn't want to be evicted and how he thinks that Vinnie has been controlling the house.

All of the luxuries are removed from the house and the celebrities have to sit on benches. Dane is given a secret task by Big Brother where he has to make the dinner inedible. If he succeeds he will be given a special key. Even though Dane tries to make the meal inedible the other housemates still eat it. Ivana, Sisqo and Stephen learn that they are for eviction this week. Dane is given a second chance to win the key. Big Brother talks to Sisqo about how he feels about being nominated for eviction by the other housemates. Alex asks for the heating to be turned down and Big Brother refuses.

Davina returns with the eviction results and talks to the celebrity house and announces that Sov is the next housemate to be evicted. Sov says her goodbyes and then chats to Davina about her time in the house. Big Brother surprises the housemates by announcing they have to nominate again tonight. After everyone has nominated it is revealed that Ivana, Sisqo and Stephen will face this week's public vote with two being evicted.
